Orders & Delivery

Everything about your order

In-stock items are delivered free of charge across Türkiye within 3–7 business days. Made-to-order products may take 2–4 weeks; you will be informed during the order process.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can also view the live status from the "My Orders" page in your account.

You can cancel orders that haven't yet been shipped by contacting customer service. Cancellation may not be possible for made-to-order products already in production.

At the moment we mainly ship within Türkiye. For international requests, please reach out to us at [email protected].

Products & Care

Our products and care

All of our products are handcrafted from solid iroko wood. Iroko is an extremely durable, long-lasting species thanks to its natural oil content, ideal for outdoor use.

Yes. Iroko wood naturally resists sun, rain and seasonal changes. For fabric parts we use quick-drying, UV-protected outdoor-grade textiles.

We recommend a soft-brush cleaning 1–2 times a year and optional iroko oil treatment. Covering the products in winter extends their lifespan.

All products are covered by a 2-year manufacturing defect warranty. Wear and tear, misuse and natural color changes are not included.

Payment

Payment options

You can pay with credit card, debit card or bank transfer / EFT. All card payments are processed over a 3D Secure infrastructure.

Special installment options are available for our partner banks' credit cards. You can see the current options on the checkout page.

Payments are protected by 3D Secure and SSL. Your card details are never stored on our systems.

Yes. You can select the "Corporate Invoice" option during checkout and add your company details.

Returns & Exchange

Return process

In-stock items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Made-to-order products cannot be returned.

We recommend opening and inspecting the package in front of the delivery courier. In case of damage, have a report filed and contact customer service within 48 hours.

Once the returned product reaches us and has been inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
