Shipping & Delivery Terms

General Information and Scope

These Shipping and Delivery Terms regulate the shipping and delivery processes of orders placed through the outdooria.com.tr website (the "Site") operated by Emre Koçak - Outdooria (the "Company", "Seller").

Our garden furniture products are subject to a different logistics process than standard cargo products due to their bulky, heavy, and specially packaged (palletized/crated) nature. We work with professional logistics companies to ensure that your orders are delivered safely and without damage.

By completing your order, you are deemed to have accepted these terms. These terms have been prepared within the framework of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.


Shipping Fees and Free Shipping

As a grand opening special, we offer free shipping across Turkey on all your orders. No shipping fee is charged regardless of order amount or number of items. The free shipping campaign is valid for the duration determined by our Company; shipping fees will be restructured according to current terms upon campaign expiry.

Our free shipping campaign is valid for all provinces and districts within Turkey. In rare cases where there are regional access restrictions, you will be contacted before order confirmation.

After the campaign ends, shipping fees will be determined based on order amount, delivery region, and product volume; the current shipping fee schedule will be transparently displayed during the ordering process.


Order Preparation and Dispatch Time

Your orders are prepared and dispatched within 1-14 business days after payment confirmation. Preparation time may vary depending on product stock status, order volume, and packaging requirements.

Products in our stock are generally dispatched within 3 business days from the order date. For made-to-order products, procurement time may range from 1-20 business days.


Delivery Time

Orders handed over to the cargo company are delivered within an average of 1-5 business days depending on the delivery address. Delivery in major cities (Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, etc.) is generally completed within 1-3 business days, while in remote areas this period may extend up to 5 business days.

Since our garden furniture products are bulky and heavy, delivery is carried out with special vehicles (trucks, vans). The delivery day and estimated time will be communicated in advance by the cargo company via phone.

In accordance with legal regulations, delivery is made within 30 days at the latest from the order date. Delays that may occur due to force majeure (natural disasters, extraordinary weather conditions, general strikes, etc.) are considered outside this period.

During holiday, New Year, and campaign periods, additional delays of 1-3 business days may occur in delivery times depending on cargo density.


Delivery Method and Address Information

Deliveries are made to the address specified during the order. A residence, workplace, or any accessible address can be specified as the delivery address. It is the customer's responsibility to enter address information completely and correctly.

Our products are delivered as door delivery. Delivery is made at the building entrance, apartment door, or site security level. Floor-lifting, setup, and assembly services are not included in standard delivery; if these services are needed, you should contact us before placing your order.

The recipient or an authorized person must be present at the address during delivery. If the recipient cannot be reached, the product will be stored at the depot and the customer will be contacted.

If you wish to change the delivery address after placing your order, you can request an update by contacting [email protected] or +90 543 101 07 06 before the product is dispatched.


Inspection at Delivery and Damage Notification

When receiving your product, be sure to inspect the exterior of the packaging. If there are signs of damage such as crushing, tearing, puncturing, or wetting on the packaging, we strongly recommend that you either accept the delivery by having a damage report prepared or refuse to accept the damaged product.

For damages noticed during delivery, you must have a damage report prepared together with the delivery personnel. Our Company cannot be held responsible for cargo-related damages discovered later on products accepted without a damage report.

Even if the packaging appears undamaged, we ask you to open and inspect the product within 24 hours of receipt and immediately notify us at [email protected] with photographs if any damage, deficiency, or wrong product is discovered.

In case of hidden damage (damage not visible from outside the packaging), the necessary procedures will be initiated if you notify us within 3 business days after receiving the product.


Undeliverable Situations

Delivery may not be possible in the following situations: incorrect or incomplete address information, absence of the recipient at the address, vehicle access to the delivery address not being possible, force majeure (natural disasters, floods, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer-related reasons (incorrect address, absence at address, etc.), the product will be held at the cargo depot for 7 days. If the customer does not request delivery within this period, the product will be returned to us and the customer will be informed.

In case of delivery failures caused by the customer, additional shipping costs for reshipment may be charged to the customer. If a product return is requested, the return process will be evaluated within the scope of our Returns and Exchange Policy.

When your order is dispatched, you will be notified via your registered email address and/or mobile phone.

You can also view your order status and cargo information by logging into your account on outdooria.com.tr and going to the 'My Orders' section.
