Product prices are shown in Turkish Lira (TRY), including Value Added Tax (VAT). Campaign, discount, and promotion prices apply throughout the duration of the campaign.

Payment Method and Plan

The Buyer may make payment via credit card, debit card, bank transfer/EFT, and other payment methods offered on the Site. For credit card payments, installment options provided by the relevant banks may be offered to the Buyer.

Credit card information is processed in encrypted form through a PCI-DSS compliant secure payment infrastructure and is not stored by the Seller. If the payment is not approved or is declined, the order will not be completed.

For payments made via bank transfer/EFT, the order will be processed after the order amount is credited to the Seller's account. You must write your order number together with your payment information in the description field.

If the Buyer's credit card is used unlawfully by unauthorized persons and the relevant bank or financial institution does not pay the product price to the Seller, the Buyer is obliged to return the product received to the Seller within 3 (three) days.

Delivery, Shipping and Costs

The product subject to the agreement is delivered to the delivery address specified by the Buyer at the time of order confirmation, to the Buyer themselves or to the person/entity specified by the Buyer, through cargo companies contracted by the Seller.

The delivery period is a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the notification of the order confirmation to the Buyer via email and the collection of payment. The Seller is obliged to fulfill the obligation within this period. Force majeure cases are not included in this period.

Shipping and delivery costs are borne by the Buyer. If free shipping is offered as part of a campaign, this will be clearly stated on the product page and in the order summary. Delivery may vary depending on the nature of the product and the delivery region.

If the Buyer is not at the address on the date the product is to be delivered, the Seller is deemed to have fulfilled the obligation fully and completely. Therefore, any damages arising from the Buyer's late receipt of the product, as well as expenses arising from the product having waited at the cargo company and/or the return of the cargo to the Seller, are also borne by the Buyer.

The Buyer is obliged to check that the received product is undamaged and intact. In case of damage detection, the product should not be received without having the cargo officer issue a report. The Seller cannot be held liable for damages to products received without a report.
